Craig Alexander is widely regarded as one of the greatest triathletes in the sport’s history.
Known for his consistency, composure, and devastating late-race surges, he built a career defined by championship performances and longevity at the elite level. ‘Crowie’ is best known for winning the Ironman World Championship in Kona three times (2008, 2009, 2011), including setting a legendary course record in 2011. He also captured the Ironman 70.3 World Championship twice (2006 and 2011) and earned victories at numerous major Ironman events around the world.
Now retired from professional racing, Alexander serves as the head coach of Sansego, continuing to shape the next generation of endurance athletes.

Falls Creek is located a 4.5 hour drive from Melbourne, a 5 hour drive from Canberra, and a 7 hour drive from Sydney. All capital cities fly direct to Albury, which is a 1 hour 40 min drive to Falls Creek. Nelse Lodge has a private shuttle for anyone flying into Albury Airport included as part of the camp.
Nelse features a leading chef who can tailor meals to suit individual preferences and dietary needs.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style, showcasing fresh local and seasonal produce. Each menu is designed with performance in mind to support your training and recovery.
As long as you have some experience, we’ll be able to modify the sessions to suit your needs. For your own enjoyment, at a minimum you should currently be in shape to be able to complete a sprint triathlon comfortably.
Check-in will be from 2pm, with the camp getting underway at 3pm. Check-out will be at 12pm, with the camp wrapping that morning after a run, breakfast and de-brief.
The twin share cost is per person, i.e. if you are coming with a friend, you would purchase 2 x twin share packages. If you’re coming on your own, but purchasing the twin share package, you will be roomed with another guest also attending solo.
The camp will have a maximum of around 20-22 people, ensuring an intimate group and personalised coaching experience.
