Falls Creek is located a 4.5 hour drive from Melbourne, a 5 hour drive from Canberra, and a 7 hour drive from Sydney. All capital cities fly direct to Albury, which is a 1 hour 40 min drive to Falls Creek. Nelse Lodge has a private shuttle for anyone flying into Albury Airport included as part of the camp.
Nelse features a leading chef who can tailor meals to suit individual preferences and dietary needs.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style, showcasing fresh local and seasonal produce. Each menu is designed with performance in mind to support your training and recovery.
Our camp is designed for runners of all levels – whether you’re training for your first 5K or chasing a sub-3 marathon.
To make sure you get the most out of the experience, we recommend being comfortable running 5K continuously in around 30 minutes or less as a minimum fitness level.
Each morning starts with a run, followed by a daily education session (topics like race nutrition, recovery, and training strategy). In the afternoons, you’ll take part in a cross-training session to complement your running.
Evenings include dinner with a briefing for the next day’s run, plus a debrief and plenty of storytelling. The days will be full, but there’ll still be time to explore the mountain or jump online for work if you’re joining remotely.
Check-in will be from 2pm, with the camp getting underway at 3pm. Check-out will be at 12pm, with the camp wrapping that morning after a run, breakfast and de-brief.
The twin share cost is per person, i.e. if you are coming with a friend, you would purchase 2 x twin share packages. If you’re coming on your own, but purchasing the twin share package, you will be roomed with another guest also attending solo.
The camp will have a maximum of around 20-22 people, ensuring an intimate group and personalised coaching experience.
